Order by Fax or Mail
There are still a few who are not comfortable with buying on the
Internet. We are very careful to ensure the security of your information
but realize that comfort is a personal decision. That is why we are now
making available the means to place an order by fax or mail. You will
get your order confirmation by email.
To order by fax or mail:
1. Visit
our online store and
select the items you wish to purchase. Click on the Add to Basket button.
2. Click
on the Checkout button at the top of your screen.
3. Enter
your Ship to and Bill to information. (Ship to information is only
necessary if it differs from the Bill to info.)
4. Click
Continue at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select
your payment method.
6. Click
Continue at the bottom of the screen.
7. You
will see your billing and shipping info and the total amount of your order
including shipping charges. Also, you will see a field to enter your credit
card information. Leave this blank. Print this screen. In most web
browsers, the option to print a screen is under the File item in the menu
bar at the top of your browser. DO NOT
PRESS CONTINUE.
8. Write
in your credit card number on your printout, along with the expiration
date.
9. Fax
